Sarangani Church Inter-Fellowship

Last Sunday, February 26, 2012, after our Sunday mass, we attended the Church Inter-Fellowship. This is a Church activity joined by different Churches inside Sarangani. An arduous tragedy, unexpectedly converge us. Fast flow of current made it recognized as flood. It is a sunny afternoon though. The water reaching below a person's knee frightened our comrades. Because of our faith in God, I and Pastor Phemie fasten ourselves and took the risk. We walked against the rushing water and leave our comrades behind. Our struggle hasn't find its contentment, since we are in a rural area, there are less transportation present. No vehicles. No tricycles. No transportation at all. Thank God, a Preacher's husband offered us a ride at an affordable fee. We reached the site, carefree and blessed. Our comrades then followed. It is only evident that no matter how many trials block your way just to get through the stairway through heaven, you can get through it as long as you keep trusting God and keep believing to Him.
